Single Socks Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to providing high-quality products and services, as well as straightforward and transparent refund process for our customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be issued and applies to all payments made on our website, www.singlesocks.shop (the "Site").

2. Eligibility for Refunds
The optional $1.00 deposit to secure free shipping within the United States is fully refundable at any time before your Single Socks box is shipped or before we provide the corresponding postal tracking code. To receive the Single Socks box, you must back the corresponding reward in our Kickstarter campaign. After the box has been shipped, refunds for the $1.00 deposit will no longer be available.

3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please send an inquiry to support@singlesocks.shop. Your request should include:
  • Full name
  • Email address used for the payment
  • Original payment method (e.g., PayPal, Credit Card, Amazon Pay)
  • If payment was made by credit card, please provide the last four digits of the card for verification (please, do not provide sensitive information like full credit card number).

4. Processing Time
Refunds may take up to five (5) business days to be processed by our team. However, please be aware that additional time may be required for the refund to be reflected in your account due to processing times by our payment provider, Stripe, and your financial institution.

5. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of deposit. We are unable to process refunds to any alternative payment methods or accounts.
